What we commit to
Public IRS filings
Our annual IRS filings will be available to any donor or member of the public who asks, starting with the first one.
Restricted funds
Donations designated for a specific initiative, including the Venezuela relief mission, are used only for that purpose. They are never mixed with general operating funds.
Documented spending
Purchases and deliveries in the Venezuela relief mission are documented with receipts, photos and delivery records. The July inventory is published on the Venezuela page, with the Cúcuta purchases and what the team carried from the United States.
Independent oversight
We are forming an Independent Ethics Committee and a Scientific Advisory Board with authority to review programs and spending. We will publish their members once they accept.
Donor access
Ask us, at any time, exactly where your contribution went. We will answer plainly.
